SFC as it's also known, is a basic cable channel nominally dedicated to science fiction, horror and fantasy programming. It is reviled by many cappers both because its website, Scifi.com, spawned Caption This! and for giving Mystery Science Theater 3000 an extra three years of life. Well, ok, it's grudgingly respected for those things, but hated for the termination and sometimes shabby treatment both CT! and MST3k got at SFC's hands.
