Another Monty Python homage, this was lifted from the credits of Monty Python and the Holy Grail, supposedly inserted by attention-deficit-afflicted rogue Norse credits-terrorists.

As a result, whenever there were excessively long end-credits taking up lots of screengrab refreshes (which is a rarity in these days of squishing the end-credits down to a tiny, speed-blurred inset in the corner of the screen while the station tells you what program is coming up next -- like you don't already know), some joker was almost guaranteed to put in "Nø realli, my sister wås bitten by a møöse."
