I didn't think this was a transcription of porno music (see its use in the MST3K movie "Mitchell" et. al.) I always thought it was the sound of that seventies "disco"-esque guitar riff that was used over a lot of the action scenes in TV and movies of the time. Porno music is that jazzy based "slow goove" music with the drum machines. I've seen cappers represent it by *cue porn groove*.
