Lennier sending people to the Cornfield

Lennier was portrayed by Billy Mumy, of "Lost In Space" and "Twilight Zone" fame. In one of his earlier roles, he would send people to the cornfield. This naturally was passed on to the future and Lennier seems to have picked up the ability to send people form Babylon 5 to the cornfield.
