My plan is to expand on this. I just wanted to make a placemarker for it while I'm coming up with the actual verbiage. Making official policy on this is something I despise, but I feel it needs to be done. Just a side note, I frakking hate doing this. Cappers have always been able to police themselves quite well in my opinion. But after much contemplation, I think it is wise for us to do this just to head any potential unpleasantness in the future off at the pass.
