The origins of this gag is a mystery but odds are it was either meQal or Zee who made the first cap regarding this subject. Now, anytime you get a screengrab where there is someone who's face is covered in a white substance or someone is splattered with something, you can expect a caption regardign the subject. The gag refers to a rather vulgar sexual act.
