Usage

For grabs involving a person who looks like a known celebrity or character, only...young. The fill-in-the-blank usage is "The Young _____ Chronicles" (see also Jim Henson's _____ Babies)

Origin

In 1992, George Lucas attempted to milk the Indiana Jones franchise (specifically, the prologue of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade) a little more by creating a television series detailing the adventures of the bullwhip-slinging archaeologist as a young lad. The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles was canceled the following year, but its memory lives on in the halls of capping.
