Used with any screengrab featuring an owl. Reference to the old Tootsie Pop TV commercial. "How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop?" -- "Ask Mr. Owl..." Mr. Owl licks once, twice, then bites - *CRUNCH* - and declares, "Three!"
