Personal info
I have been a capper since September 5th, 1997. Nine years, as I write this. Nine. That's more time than I've spent in Junior High and High School, combined. Springboro, Ohio still sucks, even from several hundred miles away. East Tennessee stinks. Every other day, it smells like I live downwind from a cabbage factory. My stalking of Nick Rhodes has lessened a little since he was scientifically proven to be straight. During my capping hiatus, I've discovered that I may well have the odd distinction of being the first transgendered captioneer. Do correct me if I'm wrong. I don't mind writing it here, 'cause, hey, who's gonna be looking? Well, you, I suppose. So, yeah. As of April 2006, Dairai is a guy. And gay. Just having the wrong parts wasn't enough, was it? I could really do without Fate's sense of humor, I tell ya. Contrary to right-winged beliefs, I am not contagious. You can cap in the same gallery as me, and not catch any cooties. And if I can sit through all the Brokeback Mountain jokes, I'm not that easy to offend.
