The Glitterocitor/Another Dimension

Origin

In the old days of Caption This, the screengrabber would occassionally give unusual screengrabs, with an image like a scrambled cable channel. This would often solicit a caption about GlitterRock using his Glitterocitor, inspired by the Interocitor from the movie This Island Earth, featured in Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie. The use of the Glitterocitor was to send people to another dimension.

The joke itself began during the first capping of Babylon 5. The mythology expanded when it was explained on GlitterRock's site how it won the Interocitor and modified it.

Sometimes spelled as "Glitterociter."
