An FYI for anyone who uses a caption from CAP.NEOLEO.NET:  To get the date and time of more recent captions (2003 and after), you only need to look at the properties of the image, or the source code for the page, because each is coded with alternate text telling the date, time, and venue where it was collected (such as IS or CT).  Didn't keep that information on the older ones, sorry.
