A popular capping venue. Of all the sites still running, it is probably the most similar in functionality and layout to the old Caption This! An argument could be made that by drawing users away from Caption This!, it helped hasten that site's untimely demise.
The consensus amongst all good, kind hearted and intelligent people is that for all its obvious flaws, Inventing Situations is vastly superior to Glitter's Cap-Page Board, which has been proven to cause blidness in laboratory rats.
The site has also spawned the too-clever for its own good Wasting Precious Time, which has been proven to cause clicking to another site in laboratory humans.
