If somebody resembles a celebrity or other familiar face in a screengrab, it is not uncommon to refer to the person as 'Vaguely so and so'. For instance, if somebody resembled William Shatner in a screengrab, the cap would be 'Vaguely William Shatner'. Usually this is reserved for screengrabs that are a single shot of a single person. There is a variation where in "... vaguely" is put at the end of the cap, as in "Vaguely William Shatner... vaguely."
