==Capper Persona==

In the world of the Cappers, PrezGAR lives outside of Anywhere, USA, in his magnificent GARamid. Other residents include the Ranger Crushes, lions Morris and Mercy, Singe'r the gold dragon, Phillip K. Duck, and Theodore the sturgeon.

PrezGAR often saves the world, using a variety of MeGARzords, and other golden paraphenalia.

He employs a series of nameless Lackeys, who often meet unfortunate fates for correcting him.

In early 2006, PrezGAR followed the example set by TheGrayZombie and took in a foster son. Making his debut on Oscar Night, Francis Norbert "Franky" Stein, aka Frankenstein's monster, has quickly become [[Jason Leopold Voorhees]]' best friend.
