Rob in this case is Robert Petri, played by Dick Van Dyke on the Dick Van Dyke Show (duh!). The person onscreen in this image looks quite a bit like Buddy, Rob's wise-cracking co-worker. Buddy's wife is named Pickles so the implication here is that Buddy murdered his wife and is now asking for Rob's help in hiding the evidence.
